    • We use trusted local professionals to carefully box and ship every item.

    • Antique and vintage items are packaged with extra care to help ensure safe delivery.

 

  • Shipping Insurance

    • Ruth Reed Antiques pays for shipping insurance equal to the full value of every item.

 

  • Signature Requirements

    • Orders valued at $250 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

    • Orders valued between $100 and $250 may include an optional signature requirement if requested at the time of purchase. Please contact us to arrange this option.

 

  • International Shipping & Local Pickup

    • International shipping is not currently available.

    • Local pickup is not currently available.

 

  • Damaged Items

    • If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • The damaged item must be returned within 7 days.

    • Ruth Reed Antiques will coordinate and pay for return shipping on damaged items. We'll issue a refund once the return is completed.

 

  • Returns & Final Sale Policy

    • Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of antique and vintage items, all sales are final.

    • Returns are only accepted for items damaged during shipping.

    • Please carefully study all photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and condition details before purchasing, as signs of age and wear are considered part of an item's character.
